Is this a passive card?

I can't really tell from the picture if it's a passive card, and it doesn't say it is in the blurb. Anyone know if it's silent or if it has a fan?

Edit, nevermind, I must be going blind. It does say so in the blurb.

It does say 0dB, so either they have the quietest fan in the world, or its fanless.

Yeah, as I said in my edit I must have missed it despite reading it several times. Sorry guys.

Annoying really, if I could install the OS without having to be actually on the machine I wouldn't need a graphics card at all! It won't even have a monitor plugged into it most of the time.
