is this a ram problem

new system build switch power on fans spin , but no post or beeps

disconnect hard drive dvd drive etc same thing happens

remove ram it beeps once then quickly twice as to say no ram

tried two sticks and then one stick in all four slots and no beeps,

is this a ram probelm or a mobo

cmos has been reset both were brand new want to know before i send them back and suffer a charge also will they at overclockers let me try new ram there and then at the counter?

One beep then two short usually mean your gfx subsystem/card has a problem. Try either re-seating it, or removing it then cleaning the golden fingers and blow any carp out the slot.

the manual says hat the two beeps are for the memory , but i tried that still to no avial thanks anyway
