Is this a risk?

Would it be a risk if I bought a B-Grade headset from OC? And by risk I mean loss in quality of sound because the scenario is, I was initially going to buy the Corsair HS1a although I do not have a dedicated sound card and I know that the HS1's are a step up being USB n all, so shall I take the plunge?

You get a 90 day warranty so I wouldn't worry too much. OcUK wouldn't ship out broken/faulty/poor quality products at b-grade.

Sometimes B grade is just some missing accessory, manuals, tatty box etc. Maybe some slight marks on the product. They would not sell anything that might potentially have a problem.
