Is this a smart move?

I've got a 780 card now. Bought it last year not long after they came out. It's part of my full loop with an XSPC block.

I'm looking at ebay and 780s second hand are going for £200. Is it a smarter move to buy a second 780 or sell the one 780 I have and go for a 980? Bear in mind I'll need to fork out for a new block on the 980 which is/will be more than the 780 when they're finally released.

Looking forward to peoples' thoughts. Thanks

£193.99 inc VAT for this GTX 780

Depends on what you need it for, but l pref going this route as cheaper, allowing you to wait and see what is next.

Running that card in my second rig, cost me ~300 about 5 weeks ago lol. Still does what I need and may SLI next month once my new motherboard turns up.

Bloody hell. Get a new one for under £200. Sweet. I'd prefer to get another EVGA one though, cos I'm like that. They're around £200 second hand.

Once under water the cards will be identical as AFAIK the stock PCB is made by nvidia themselves.

That being said I do have an EVGA 780 underwater and it's a fairly golden sample.
