So i have a GIGABYTE GTX560ti OC which is @ stock 900/1800/4008 1.037 voltage
But i wanted to try overclock to get more out of it so i have got to 950/1900/4580 1.075 voltage, im new to overclocking and dont know much.

Ive ran several furmark tests, this was my last one and it was run for 20.30 minutes without any errors

Would you say this is a good 24/7 OC?
 
Do some gaming or some passes of 'heaven' demo and see how it goes. Furmark doesn't really stress the memory well enough imo.
