Have just noticed on the 'tab' bar in windows explorer (you know the tab bar that you can open to navigate to another webpage in the same explorer window) there is a big red dot before the name of the webpage, in this instance for me its if i click on the link in windows messenger to get to my emails inbox i get the red dot but if i open a new explorer and type in hotmail.com and get to my mail inbox that way there is no red dot!, also my google home page also display as 'ebay' icon before the webpage name in the explorer tab. I think this picture explains it better....
