So they'll probably just check the connection and say everythings fine. Doesn't mean you shouldn't complain, but it'll probably be a headache (when isn't it) explaining it to them. One thing you haven't said, is your internet working fine? Slow? Or do some images/parts of pages not load up.

Call them and demand they do something about upstream contention could take a few months if they are not already doing it. http://community.virginmedia.com/t5/Up-to-30Mb-and-50Mb-broadband/bd-p/50mb post there - make sure you add all the details they want from the modem and include those graphs. mine looked the same as your for 4 months then they finally fixed it. its still quite bad overall but at least it is usable now. its still jittery and far from ideal for gaming Last edited: 13 Nov 2011

Click to expand... That green spike should be what downloading looks like. Even then there shouldn't be as much red as there is.
