Is this amd build ok?

The orientation of the Fenrir looks a bit dodgy, you are essentialy blowing hot air onto the GPU PCB.

Unless it has to be that way due to some design flaw or something, the fan should be blowing air preferably towards an outtake fan.
 
Looks good but as stated by Fenris, if you're not restricted by the mobo, i would take the time to re-orientate your heatsink so that the fan is able to blow the hot air out of the rear outtake.

It's not a massive issue but it will help regulate your airflow through the rig plus it's not ideal having hot air blowing against the gfx. It will be a pain to do - but ultimately worth it.
