I ran a C2D 6850, 3 HD's, 4x1GB RAM sticks, 8800GTX etc with one for ages with no issues at all.

Only has one PCIe power cable though if thats an issue for you, I just used an adaptor for the other cable.

Otherwise a solid PSU for a good price.
