Is This an MOT Failure?

Not that I'm gonna get an MOT anyway since I don't want someone with the virus touching my car and I just saw the thread about 6 month exemptions but seeing as most of us are now off work I thought I might as well have a go at fixing this if it's vital for an MOT pass?

Bump stops are not testable items. As long as it's not interfering with the operation of the suspension it's fine. You could even just remove it if you wanted.
