Is this an upgrade or a downgrade?

My mate just threw out his old Dell PC and I salvaged the GPU from it. I'm wondering if I should bother installing this card. I currently have an nVidia GeForce 8200 MB and am using the integrated GPU. I am quite happy with the performance and don't play high-end games (yet). If I install this card, will it perform better or worse? I assume it's an ATI Radeon but otherwise know nothing about it.

It's an ATi X1300. Direct X9 only, no official support in Windows 7. I would stick with the 8200 tbh.

stick with the 8200, as is said above thats a much earlier ATI card

that is in fact an ATI Radeon X1300 256MB and I'm not so sure that it is slower than an integrated Nvidia 8200 igp.
its really hard to find a comparison due to one being integrated and one a separate card.

It's not an upgrade, just hold onto it as a spare.
