Situation is this.
My media pc has been using the onboard graphics but on the spur of the moment along with a new case I ordered a new graphics card for the media pc. (should have researched but couldn't be bothered)
So whilst it will be a big improvement over the onboard stuff I also want it to be a worthwhile improvement over my main graphics as it will eventually be added to my main pc when that becomes my HTPC...if you see what I mean.
ANYWAY that's all waffle...what I want to know is...
Is the Asus GeForce N7600GS Silent HTD 256MB DDR2 HDTV/DVI (AGP) - Retail a worthwhile upgrade over my old Hercules Radeon 9700 128Mb?
All the specs are better but just want to know how much better it'll be?
(p.s. the Hercules cost 300 when I bought it, the Asus is costing £70.LOL)
