Is this B-Die RAM

I have a set of Patriot Viper Steel 32GB 3600 ram.

As far as I was aware it was Hynix based.

I have run Thaiphoon Burner and it shows this however......

So is this Hynix, Samsung generic stuff or B-Die?

Not b die. Timing is way too loose.

Not B-Die - 2048mbit ICs. B-Die is only available in 1024mbit ICs (See composition section). That is most likely D-Die or possibly M-Die.
