Is this bad?

Something just happened in prime and I don't know why, it came up with this

any ideas as to why?

Not enough Vcore I believe although not entirely sure.

On post it should say the bios version somewhere.
Also iirc cpuz will say it somewhere too.

If you don't remember updating it then you probably didn't

right updated the bios looks good so far, also got my i3 at 4ghz currently stable

The overclock isn't stable.

You need to tweak the settings some more or back off a bit.

Can I ask how long you tested for when you thought it was stable before?

I really can't remember but it probably wasn't long knowing me

but I upper the voltage for the chip, I can't remember what to, but it just made it worse and that time three workers failed! So I'm running it at stock just now

Then you're overvolting, Try the settings it used to be stable at, Then add one voltage up, The CPU might need more volts now due to wear and tear.
