is this boot up normal?

just moved to my first intel, and the initial boot before windows loads seems to hang a little, or at least it was not doing it on my previous amd rig?

P.S. what's wrong with sata-0 and sata-1?

will having the drives in sata 0 and 1 make any difference. its odd as ports 0,1 are in the middle of the system and 1, 2 are tucked away nicely for a tidy and good air flow.

its a lot of noise from the film, the fan is just noisy on boot up, its pretty quiet overall.

do you use it to play video?

i have my old shuttle hooked up in the front room, which has a meaty cpu, AMD Phenom II X4 3.4 GHz Processor. but had to buy a new video card as the onboard could not encode at a sensible speed.
