They will do it for a fee, reading through your threads and posts it may be best if you get them to build it this time and then over time you can upgrade your PC and you will learn. Otherwise a lot of money that I presume you have worked hard to save for can go up in smoke.

No offence but in one thread you were asking if you had bought a dvd drive, I can't understand how you don't know what one of these is?
 
I also would suggest paying for it to be built. I'm all for learning, but honestly I don't think you're anywhere near knowing what to do.

Pay for it to be built, learn the parts in it and get to know your PC a bit better. Maybe buy an old cheap thing second hand from somewhere and take that apart/rebuild it a few times.
