Looks good to me mate, I've been thinking of buying one like this but with an OS for about £560. But what about the motherboard, get a z77 one, and you could upgrade to an i5 later...

Yeah I have Windows 7 on a disk. Is there much difference performance wise between this and the build I specified in the OP?
