Hope I'm using forums right. Is this PC ready to go? I don't want it to explode because of a bad fan or anything. Tried my very best to do some actual research around each thing. Plan to buy a second of the SSD to RAID at some point.

I'll mainly just play modded Minecraft on it. Please let me know

Here is a link, idk if it works

Looks nice, I would be tempted to pay alittle bit more to get a big mesh fronted case for better airflow to help your cpu cooler and 5700 xt, but that build seems fine

Thank you very much! :)

Any shortcomings the build will have, do you know? Like will it suffer a lot in graphically-demanding games or reaching high framerates? Not my primary goal of the PC but would be nice to know

Getting a reputable brand of a good quality is an often overlooked part of a build, the bronze, silver, gold, platinum ratings are for the efficiency of the psu. Means they will provide more reliable power at different loads. I go for Gold minimum in all my builds, and have only had 1 random fail on a psu that was under warranty. Assuming you won't be overclocking and doing things that draw masses of power for your system a 500-600W is more than adequate for your uses. But I always look at warranty, a good warranty is worth it's weight in gold, especially if you get a replacement if it ever fails.

What are things that draw masses of power from my system? Any games I won't be able to play? Maybe Overwatch?
Only if you're going to do crazy things like overclocking, or installing power hungry gpus like the rtx 3080 which I am guessing you won't. for example 5500xt draws 130W, 5700xt draws 250W, and a rtx 3090 draws 370W
5500 XT may start to suffer with the new games at high/max settings, but if you're willing to turn down some options you should be fine for casual gaming. Overwatch will be fine with a 5500xt it isn't a graphically demanding game. Enjoy your pc, it will do everything you want it to do, don't get caught up upgrading for features/performance you won't use
