Looking to upgrade my 3700+, 1gig, DFI ultra4 setup.

I will also look to getting a new 500g HD.

I have a DVD re-writer, 2 sata drives and a IDE HD which I want to keep.

I also have a 8800gts 640mb which I think is not doing anything like it is capable with current setup.

I mainly use for development and gaming, WOW mainly but looknig at COD4 I may get back into fps gaming as well :)

I am well out of step with current setups, I will be able to build it fine, just no idea what is good at the moment.

Suggestions without going over £500 if possible.

It isn't too bad but I'd probably go for something like the specification below, it has double the Ram and the cooler is just as capable plus it is cheaper to boot. :)

thanks, I think I cannot use that cooler though, have a coolermaster wave.

Will check components although not sure what is good and not atm, specially mobos and memory

Quick extra please...
Got an Enermax 480w PSU ATX 2.0 atm, seems fine with current rig, will that handle a change to intel setup?

Thx
