Will this hardware all fit without any problems?

Gigabyte DS3P + Thermalright Ultra-120 + Thermalright HR-05?

I know the Thermalright Ultra-120 does. Not sure about that north bridge cooler as well - as the gap is small from the CPU socket and the NB.

Thats for a GIGABYTE GA-965P-DQ6.... i think the poster is referring to a DS3P- which doesn't have those heatpipes.

Have you considered the HR-05 SLi?

That should allow a little more flexibility on positioning.
