OK, as some will know from my other thread, I think I need a new mobo.

Currently, I am using:

e6600
Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel
Sapphire HD3870 Toxic Edition
2x SATA HDD's
1x SATA DVD

I would like to know if the "Asus P5KPL-AM EPU iG31 Socket 775" mobo would be ok to use, or whether you can suggest a better one. I have little or no budget, so cheapest is needed. I know it's mATX, but that shouldnt make a difference... right?

Thanks guys :)

I had one of those and it was ok apart from it had no vcore voltage adjustment, so overclocking is limited to what your CPU can do on stock volts

Just to answer the OPs other inquiry. mATX is no different than ATX other than being smaller and will fit any standard case, CPU, RAM etc.
