Hey time for another PC upgrade, does anyone know what the best motherboard would be for this specific CPU and also would need a decent case and the rest of it as im building this from scratch

Intel 3rd Generation Core i7-3770K CPU (4 x 3.50GHz, Ivy Bridge, Socket 1155, 8Mb L3 Cache, Intel Turbo Boost Technology 2.0)

Intel® Z77 motherboards with Thermal Armor and Thermal Radar
OR
Intel® Desktop Board DZ77RE-75K Extreme Series

Im more going for the Sabertooth Z77 one as it sees to have a lot more features but when i search for it, it is sold out most places or i cant find it, any help and a decent case, this is going to be my long term PC
cheers

It depends on whether you prefer look or practicality.

I recall that in review, the Gigabyte UDP-4 can overclock the IvyBridge to 4.70GHz using just 1.30~1.32v on the vcore (thanks to the Ultra Durable 5 tech I believe it was), but the Asus boards (Sabertooth included) needed something like 1.37v on the vcore for the same overclock.

It's up to you to decide what you prefer.
