ive just noticed that cpuz is saying my ram is running slightly slower than i thought it should do. dram is lower than 333?
ram should be 333mhz i thought? im using 4 sticks of 1gb stuff in my pc, could that be why? its all rated the same speed too.
heres some pics if anyone coudl help me itd be great, my bios is also all on auto, ive tried changing one of the ram multipliers to 1.66 i think it was and then the ram goes up to 800mhz, its not rated that high so dont want to risk breaking it.

You need to double what cpu-z shows (ram is double data rate) so your running at 624mhz.

PC 5300 Should run at 667 mhz.

yes, but the ram is still running at a slower speed than it should right?
i did change the ratio of the ram in my bios to 1.66 or the next oen up and it went up to 364 in cpuz but i dont think i shoudl run the ram that high though?

Sorry, Just re-read what you wrote in you opening post :).

What is your pc specification, And are you overclocked.

no overclocked, its just a x2 4200 at stock and kingston value ram,but it looks like its not even running at stock speeds :(
ive tried a ram multiplier in teh bios but it then puts the ram up to 800mhz in the bios and 364 in that dram freq box in cpuz, which is still less than 800mhz speeds(400) so i dont know
