Is this enough to cool a Prescott 3gig...quietly??

Would this setup cool a Prescott 3.0 Ghz ok at stock speed (possibly moderate OC'ing) - or has anyone any recommendations for a better fan or HS?

Akasa AK-184-L2B Ultra Quiet 92mm Fan - 3 pin (FG-028-AK)
ThermalRight XP-90 (Socket 754/939/478) Heatsink (HS-018-TR)

Thanks for the replies - went for the Arctic Cooling Freezer 4 in the end.....

This one will tame the Prescott! (77°C before/stock - 49°C after/Thermalright)

Which fan did you use with it?

This same PC was idling at 77°C using the stock HSF. .(badly fitted and no goo)
