86.99 for 2000MHz RAM?

I know the latencies aren't exceptional, but this is 2000MHz DDR3, what am I missing about this RAM?

I also know that many people ahve had problems with it, that can't ahve caused it to be such a low price though.

actually even the top end DDR3 Dual channel kits on overclockers are 9-9-9-24....
so i'd just go for the OCZ myself since its the cheapest 2000Mhz 2x2GB set.
