Is this gfx card right for my htpc?

Since my mobo is quite basic, i'll be needing a low profile gfx to carry both video (B-ray playback) and sound (FLAC quality) over HDMI.

Was looking at This and figured that it would be grand for the htpc as it only uses 20w of power and seems to have everything i need.

Any opinions of this card? or any feedback from owners?

Your link is borked, you'll need to remove a http:// to make it work...

Correct me if im wrong, but the picture shows dvi and d-sub... no hdmi even though its in the product name...
