Is this ghosting?

Well i have never had ghosting on a monitor before i have just heard the stories about it.

When i am playing a call of duty 4 in low lit areas if i move quickly it looks as if everything has a greenish glow, it is extremely annoying, it is only slightly and is usually around the edges of fences etc.

Sorry for the poor description but i have never had it before.

My response time is 2ms which is what made me think it wouldnt be ghosting

*edit* it is definately something to do with the monitor as i can't capture it in a screenshot

I have knocked the brightness down a touch and i havn't noticed it since, is it something that is more common when the monitor is really bright?

Exact same problem with my LG 226 - it's 2ms too but there is very obvious afterglow (or ghosting or whatever you want to call it), when you move fast, or on edges from light to dark areas. Shame, 'cos otherwise it's a great monitor.

Ordered the new Iiyama which is allegedly the best for gaming, so will report back when I get it.

Yeah it is the LG 226 i am using too, only got it the day before yesterday
