Is this good RAM?

I've noticed the TeamGroup Elite 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4 is on at a rather attractive price with the Black Friday deals. Is this a good RAM choice to pair with an X99-S and 5820k? I can't seem to find any reviews of it. The Kingston stuff looks nicer (and has had very positive reviews), but I'm not sure what's the best choice? How big a deal is the latency, bit of a difference there.

Thanks. In real world terms, outside of benchmarking, would you notice much between the three Kingson sets on the Black Friday deals... the 2400, 2666 and 3000 mhz?

2400 CL12 or 3000 CL15?

Or is it completely Imperceptible?
