Hi everyone
So a friend of mine is offering the following PC for £1350, is this a good deal or not?

Motherboard - ASUS Z170-A
Video Card - Nvidia GeForce 980Ti GTX 6gb
Processor -Intel Core i7-4770 3.4 GHz Quad-Core Processor - 8 MB + liquid cooling
Ram - Kingston Hyper X FURY 16GB (4x4GB) 2,133 MHz
Disc drivers -Samsusng SSD 850 EVO 250 GB + 1TB Kingston
Sound Driver - Realtek HD support 7.1
Internet - GIGABYTE GC-WB867D-I WiFi Adapter
Monitor - Acer 24` 144hz 1080p (Finding out what model!)
Neon Light inside.
Xbox controller included.
Keyboard and mouse - CollerMaster Devastator Gaming Set

I suppose I would like to know, whether the motherboard can take on additional things like a new GPU (1080ti for example), M.2 PCI, better RAM etc?

Would be used mainly for gaming and odd bit of media streaming.

thanks!

Quite. :p

I'd get your mate to double check the specs.

Its also far too much money for a second hand system with those specs.

You could build an equivelant system brand new with that amount of money, with a GTX1070, brand new i7 6770K, 16GB of DDR4, equivelant motherboard, 250GB SSD, 1TB HDD, 144Hz screen etc.

I'd want to be paying more like £1000 for it.

Also for future reference, we're not *really* supposed to do price check threads on this forum, according to the forum rules. But in this case it seems to have turned out OK. :p

If you stick up a 'spec me' thread with your budget and requirements, plenty of people would be happy to help. :)
