Is this gpu artifacts or just a bug within the game??

get this in a few games if I move to quick I don't whether it's a bug within the game, drivers, gpu or what.

I know gta iv was badly optimized, they are a lot of pop ins. Any reply's would be much appreciated thanks.

I don't think that's hardware fault...it's either the game or the driver, or the two of them combined.

But if you are not getting this problem in other games, then GTA IV is probably more to blame.

It's just a rendering bug by the looks of it, artifacts (caused by unstable GPU/memory) are usually random and difficult to reproduce.

Its like that bug in the heaven becnhmark when it circles the dragon and you always get a little triangle flicker in the corner. I always thought "NOOO my overlock is unstable" but then it always happens on whatever card i have used at stock or overlcocked.
