i noticed 4 of the red led's flash once then go off during boot. Don't have another comp to test it, but my old card 8800gt works fine. :(

Yeah I had same issue with my previous card EVGA GTX 670 SC 4GB confirmed to be faulty after send photos to EVGA technical support and RMAed to EVGA for replacement then 1 week later new replacement worked fine.

So you need to email seller about faulty card and report to ebay and paypal then they will issue full refund back to you.

Could not get enough power from the psu cause this? i have a 500watt psu, with 1 PCI-E cable, i had to use a twin molex to 6 pin for the other PCI-E cable for the card.

I would have thought 500 watts was enough for this card + an e8500, i only want it to run old 2d games for my arcade cab.

The fact that it dose this on the boot screen where the card won't be pulling much power tells me its not the PSU?

The seller posted screen shots GPUZ on his advert etc so i have no reason to belive it wasn't working when he tested it. It was only £25 and if i have to send it back ill loose out on postage.

it could very much be the PSU - 500w would be a close call, but PSU's mainly differ on quality, what make/model is the PSU? (i.e. even a 750w might not handle it if it's a poor quality unit!)

however I would more likely expect BSODs if PSU was at fault, and that definitely looks like memory corruption!
