Is this grounds for an RMA?

I have a Corsair VS550 (yeah, now I know it's a bad PSU) and recently the fan bearing gave out, causing lots of noise, vibration, and as such I have just taken it out of my PC to be sure. I'm confident I never overloaded it (Ryzen 2700(nonx) and 2060) so would I get an RMA on it and what supply would you recommend replacing it with? Consider my budget very low thanks to being laid off in the COVID situation (a.k.a <£70) or can I get a replacement fan?
