Is this is semi-integrated headset?

Just trying to source a replacement headset for my old bike, managed to take the old headset off easy enough but not sure what to replace it with.

I’m pretty sure this is a semi-integrated headset?

Yeah that looks like a ZS44 semi integrated headset.

If the one you removed had loose ball bearings you will need to remove the crown race if you haven't already. Aftermarket sealed cartridge units need the chamfered crown race vs the round one for balls to run on.

If it already was cartridge bearings you may have got away with just changing the actual bearings rather than full cups.
