Can anyone confirm if this is limescale from the kettle? Looks a bit hairy to me

Do you mean the colour or the bits? I'm talking specifically about the bits floating around. The off colour I think is a little bit of coffee still being in the bottom of the mug. If it was crystal clear with just those bits floating around?
