awl89xdz.sys
Google search comes up with no results. AVG's anti-rootkit proggy found it in my System32\Drivers\ directory. Anyone know if it's legit or can I safely delete it?

Update: nor is the file mentioned anywhere in my registry! :confused:

Ouch, looks like my thread killed Fanatic's computer!

Anyway I deleted awl89xdz.sys and a day later I've seen no ill-effects yet. I generally trust AVG, but thought I'd check because an hour before finding this it also identified the executable for Eternity's Child (a game bought through Steam) as a Trojan.

Huh... weird, I thought they didn´t allow indexing by external search engines on this forum...
