How does the RMA process work with OCUK.

New memory only fitted in my motherboard today!
 
Indeed those are errors but it could be that the sticks are fine but things are not set-up correctly?

What memory is that? what timings have u set? what voltage have u set etc?
 
Was delivered on Friday from OCUK, setup my new system today, mobo and CPU bought elsewhere, and XP would not install, copied all files over and on first boot to setup XP kept locking up on the green bar thingy loading
