Is this memory running correctly?

Looks like its running at 1596.8MHz (basically 1600MHz) and 9-9-9-24-1T timings. The frequency is certainly correct, whether the timings are correct depends on what the rated timings of your particular XMS3 kit are. If it is advertised as "CL9" then everything is running as it should.

If your confused by how he got ~1600Mhz ill explain...

The memory Frequency within CPU-Z says near 800Mhz.
As the Ram is DDR (Double Data Rate) you have to double the Mhz to get the effective speed.

800Mhz x 2 = 1600Mhz :)
