Is this mobo suitable?

Yes its compatible with that card.

The motherboard is a very good choice.

• SLI+Crossfire @8X/8X
• DualBIOS switch
• Power/reset/clear CMOS buttons.

just a standard PCI-E card so should be fine mate.
Seems a bit pricey tho, had a look at some of the TP Link gear?
It's meant to be pretty good.

Yes it will work fine, going by reviews people seem happy - (I have not used this wifi card)

I only chose it based on the reviews, my brother is using a cheap and nasty one at the moment and gets poor signal. I'm willing to pay a bit more to ensure good quality.

Thanks for all the replies.

I'm using an edimax one at the moment, best signal I've had, Extra cash doesn't always mean better gear, ok it does normally :p

It's one of those USB ones that is an actual aerial rather than the ones that have a cable to the aerial.

Personally I would get this USB one: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=NW-023-TP

I have used those for my g/f's PC and my sisters and the range/signal of them is amazing, I doubt any PCI-E card could get close. I replaced a £30 Linksys card with multiple antennas with one and it fixed all the signal issues and actually picked up almost twice the networks lol.

Sounds smashing. Reviews are great too, thanks a lot. Will definitely be getting this one, cheers.
