hi, im thinking of building a budget gaming pc soon and to watch some movies on.
first off jut to give you an idea. im fine with 60hz and will be getting a 1080p monitor. i'd really like to get an IPS monitor as i've never had an IPS monitor.
the rig i'm planning is an i5 6500, h110 motherboard, 8gb ddr4 ram and i will be possibly getting a gtx 1050ti (when its released next week) or maybe an ati rx 470 if it beats the gtx 1050ti and isnt much more expensive.
i wont be playing serious or competitive and ill be playing games like the batman arkham series, bioshock series, cs go, half life, magic duels, witcher 3, metro last light and games like outlast.
ive never had an IPS monitor so really interested in one of these as i hear the colours are better than the tn panels. the one ive seen is 5ms which i think will be no problem for the games i want to play. 23" or "24 inch will be fine and don't want to really go over £180.

is this one decent for my needs or can anyone recogmend something better?
