Is this motherboard in sell-able condition?

Several months ago i installed a new CPU cooler so i decided to remove my CPU to give it a thorough clean and I noticed that the CPU socket on my motherboard looked damaged. I've done my best to capture it in the photo below.

I was disappointed to see it since i've always taken great care when working with hardware. Despite the damage it does still work perfectly well and my 2500k still sat at 4.4ghz like its always done.

The reason for the thread is that i now have a 5820K and I want to know if my now obsolete motherboard is still worth anything in the MM.

Looks like something on it rather than damage. I'd be miffed if I bought it without knowing about it.

I would never try and sell it without mentioning it and pointing buyers to this very thread.

I'd say it's more than fine if it works however just let the person who is buying it know about it.
