Is this MSI board any good?

I was just wondering how good this MSI board (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-147-MS&groupid=701&catid=1903&subcat=1481) is when using a Phenom II 955 and 4GB Corsair XMS3 1600MHz memory? Not bought it yet but considering it as an option.

I will be attempting to overclock the CPU, probably to around 3.7GHz or so. Is this a good board for overclocking and just in general?
