vcore - 1.275 can't get it lower without bsod
max temp - 80c - 10x passes on max with ibt

is this max safe limit or could I push higher temp wise

also shod I touch cpu vtt or pll or leave them on auto

Only you can decide how far to push, based on how long you plan to keep the PC and how often it's used. I'd stop at 80c under max stress myself tho.

VTT doesn't need to be touched unless you overclock the memory

You can lower PLL to 1.71 to reduce temps slightly, but it doesn't seem to have any impact during normal use. I keep mine at 1.8v to avoid any stability issues.
