Just finished my upgrade. Abit IP35 board, Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 95w, Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2-6400C4 TwinX. I had bought the Noctua NH-U12F cooler but my ageing Globalwin 802 case is about 5mm so small to use it with the case closed, so I'm using the intel cooler for now.
Anyway, when I turn the system on the fans and hard drives power up, then everything turns back off. After about 2 or 3 seconds everything powers back up, it goes through the POST and loads windows as normal. Any ideas why this is hapening?
