Hi guys, i built my pc a couple of days ago, the parts are:
Gigabyte ds3
1gb geil ddr2 6400
e6300 oem
wd caviar 320gb
HIS 256mb gfx card
The speed of the cpu seems to be lower than advertised at 1.6GHz. Is this right? or is it because the multi is set at 6x?

Also, why would my cpu be underclocked when i haven't altered with the setting at all?
