Is this normal - TFT

On black backgrounds , sometimes you can see what can be described as interference...

Stand up , look down from top on your tft ( black background ) what do you see?

Apart from black

i see no interference etc on my LG L203WT
im running it off the DVI

What do you mean by interference?

Nope , meh hard to explain

Its kinda fuzzy , and shakey... like a monitor being at the wrong HZ

which monitor are you using? Possibly experiment with DVI vs VGA, check you're set at 60Hz refresh rate rather than anything else? Could be dithering artefacts you're seeing....

Samsung 913N non DVI , 60HZ

could be a dithering artefacts then being it's TN Film based. Try it on another pc if you can, or maybe with a different cable too
