Is this normal?

I have a new Conroe and Asus P5B (vanilla).

Whenever I first power on my machine in the morning, it switches on for a second and then goes off again, then after about 1-2secs it comes back to life and boots normally. :confused:

A similar thing happens when I save any changes in the BIOS, it switches off for a second before rebooting. :confused:

My A8N32-SLI seems to do this too.

My old ATI chipset Asus board did this, so does my new Gigabyte DS3.
