When i scroll up/down pages with my mouse wheel, i can hear a noise coming from inside the PC. Its like a little squeak. I noticed yesterday that this also creates interference on my TV nearby. Does this mean my motherboard is damaged or something? I know i've been having computer problems and assumed it was my HD (as it has a bad sector on it)
