Is this normal?

Well every time I open and exit a game the screen blinks for a second in black. Was getting worried a bit, so I reinstalled the drivers again and its still doing it . Someone said its due to the resolution but I have all my games on max res.

It does it on all games but most noticeable being Guild Wars. Another problem is that when I turn Vertical Sync on (in GW) the screen gets white for a second with other fancy lines.

Wondering if anyone else experiences these problems?

Phew. I fixed it now. Had to use my old drivers that came with the card. New things never likes to work for me.
