Is this normal?

Look at Core #2 compared to the rest..? and now that I've been writing this up it's at 35% load and the others are still <10%?

Really all depends whats going on in the background, when it does it again open up task manager and take a look, sometimes a background service will be only using 1core for like a few seconds. Happens all the time.

That core has 86% load on it, so you would expect the higher temp. AS to why that core is loaded it could be any number of reasons, any background process or any program that has been set affinity to that core.

Quite often one or two of my cores suddenly jump up ( 5% - 20%) , never seen them hit 86% though without the others getting loaded up as well.
