I've just ran 3d mark and the details for my memory are this:

Memory8192 MB
Module 1
4096 MB Kingston 9 @ 667 MHz
Module 2
4096 MB Kingston 9 @ 667 MHz

I thought my memory ran at 1600MHz..?

Your RAM is actually running at 1333Mhz dont forget what DDR stands for. Check your BIOS and if your CPU supports 1600Mhz set it manually to that.

What are the rest of your specs?

i2500k @ 4.4 ghz, msi tf3 6950.

Set your memory to 1600Mhz from within the BIOS and reboot it should be fine after that.
